WPPI contest. WPPI is a Wedding & Portraits Photographers International Association that holds an annual contest judging by the following standards:
Creativity, Impact, Storytelling, Technical Excellence, Lighting, Posing, Expression, Print Quality, and Composition
Since this was my second year entering, I had set a higher expectation on myself. It is not the award itself but the meaning behind it that acts as a motivational force in my pursuit of photography. These awards are a reminder that my work is not only recognized by my clients but also by industry peers. I’m ready to set higher expectations and competing with all world class photographers.
